Whenever I start feeling crazy or out of sorts I always go back to painting something comforting, like pears. I love the shape of pears and I am a sucker for blue and green together. So this painting just practically painted itself!

Today needed to be quick because I didn't have much time so I went back to something I know well and that is pears. I have painted many pears and I still love them so much. I never get tired of them!

I had so much fun with this one! Lots of layers of oil paint mostly using a palette knife. I really liked the colors in this one!
